PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT A. Mark Hom holds a J.D. from Stanford University, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Tennessee Temple University. Mr. Hom advises clients on all aspects legal resources management. He is an experienced legal auditor, having reviewed tens of millions of dollars in billings from law firms nationwide. Prior to forming Galvin & Hom Consulting, LLC, he was a Senior Consultant with a national legal cost management company. Before that he was associated with a San Francisco law firm practicing civil litigation. He has testified as an expert witness on the subject of the reasonableness of attorney's fees in Federal and State Court and in fee arbitrations.
